Data and purposes

The website has no forms, user accounts, newsletter, audience analytics or advertising pixels. If you email the corporate address, we will process your email address, any identification details you provide and the content of your message to respond and manage follow-up communications.

Website hosting and security are provided through Cloudflare. When handling web requests, the provider may process technical data, such as IP addresses and connection information, to deliver content and protect the service.

Legal basis for processing

Handling corporate communications and website security is based on TERNAECOM’s legitimate interest in managing the communications it receives and keeping its systems operational and secure. Where a communication relates to a contractual relationship or a legal obligation, the necessary processing will be based on that relationship or obligation.

Retention

Communications are kept for as long as necessary to respond and manage follow-up. Where applicable, documentation will be retained or its processing restricted for the periods required by legal obligations and applicable liabilities. Technical hosting data is managed according to the service configuration and the provider’s terms.

Providers and recipients

Hosting and email providers are involved in delivering these services: Cloudflare and Google Workspace, respectively. Data is not shared for third-party advertising campaigns. It may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

These providers operate internationally, and the service may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Their data protection terms describe the applicable transfer mechanisms. You can consult Cloudflare’s privacy information and the Google Workspace data processing addendum, or request information from the data controller.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing and, where applicable, data portability. Send your request to admin@ternaecom.com, stating which right you wish to exercise. Additional identification information will only be requested if needed to verify the request.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The website’s code does not carry out automated decision-making or user profiling.
